The "Baraka: Youth Against Violence" project is funded by the European Union and implemented by Oxfam in Morocco, the Federation of Women’s Rights Leagues Marrakech-Safi, and the Gorara Association for Arts and Cultures over a period of 27 months in the Marrakech-Safi region.
The project aims to:
- Strengthen local associations by equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively and innovatively advocate for the rights of women victims of violence and represent them.
- Raise awareness among young people, both women and men, within the target communities on issues related to gender equality and the fight against gender-based violence.
- Support the advocacy capacities of civil society organizations (CSOs).
