“Copy Paste” questions the role of women, particularly stay-at-home women, and how that role is defined by society and by themselves.

Does she live in idleness because she doesn’t work outside the home? Don’t all the household chores she performs amount to work? Is the physical and mental burden she carries only heavy in her own eyes? Is her situation really enviable?

And this same woman who endures it — what does she pass on to her daughter? Does she repair the injustice or perpetuate it? And the man, in all this: what future is he preparing for his daughter? And what example is he setting for his son?

While everything invites us to share tasks and to gender equality, reality is often quite different. The actors immerse us in this atmosphere, which each of us must have witnessed at one point or another. The spect-actor, called upon to intervene in the course of events, finds themselves facing a dilemma between what they were unconsciously taught and what logically should be.
